hey guys, I am about to start my EC stack. Will start off with 12/100 dosage 1x a day for a week and eventually work my way up to 25/200 at 2x a day. I understand it increases my heart rate so I need to watch those levels. With that said, how should I approach cardio? I do spinning classes and HIIT for cardio and at times, it gets your heart PUMPING real good. If i get on the EC stack, how should I approach those activities?
