Nutrition: ~2200 cals with 40 p, 30 f, 30 c I currently am a 145 peanut, looking to get up to 160 (without becoming too fatty). I will increase my cal intake as my weight goes up. My food sources will primarily be Eggs, Oats, Milk, Chicken breasts, Whey, Salmon, Tofu, Broccoli, Cabbage, and some whole wheat bread + PB. As you can see I will be eating fairly clean, just wondering how often I can throw in a cheat meal? I was thinking a couple of meals/week won't hurt. Also, at the moment, is 2200 calories enough for me to be putting on mass? Workout: Bill Starr 5x5 Routine (3 days a week doing Squats, Bench Press, Rows, Military Press, Deadlifts). For my Military Press, should I do it standing/seated? DB or BB? I'm guessing Standing BB? Also, supposing that I do not reach the intended weight for a certain exercise, do I repeat that week of the routine until I hit it??
