well i just finished up a mini-bulk since november. i went from 135 to 160 by means of plenty of protein bars (snickers marathon, detour, etc...), muscle milk, and a very high calorie diet (3000-4500). bench went from 200 to about 270, but my six pack has diminished because i killed cardio. im still a fitness noob, and id like to know what are my first steps in cutting, besides cutting back a whole lot of calories and doing cardio again... any supplements i should look into? my body naturally has a very high metabolism, btw.
