What is the dosage amounts on off days and on days? I read somewhere, but I forgot.
Some people dont even take CEE during their off days.. I do 3 caps (2g)
and on days? twice that?
thats what i was wondering, thought it was 4-5g pre workout
I do 3.5g.. its plenty.
should i eat anything with it?
its preferred to take it with a hi glycemic carbohydrate but its not that big of a deal.

I have been taking PureCEE for a while now. Workout days I take 4 pre and 4 post workout. On off days I take 4.
