anybody here have one?
There is one for sale here that I am interested in. A 1994 Vigor GS
i'm actually selling that one
I never owned one, but I knew someone that did.
Neat cars, very nice. Expensive transmission replacement though.
Is it a 5spd or an auto? The 5spd was pretty quick
It's an automatic, it has 113k miles on it
It's a good car, but a bitch to work on anyting serious on it. Luckily nothing serious will probably ever happen. The GS is the top of the line. It handles great for a FWD and it is quite peppy. I say go for it. Two of my buddies owned them back in the day. You will not be dissapointed.
I have to ask, but I'm guessing it'll be due for a new timing belt. Not a problem though, aside from looking 15 years old, it's a very clean car.
one of hondas best engines.
It's like a baby 2nd gen legend.
they're pretty cool. I wanted one at one point, couldn't ever find one in good shape.
are you looking at the one on ebay?
I doubt it. It was also used in the 2.5TL
Nah, it's one for sale here in Sioux Falls
I notice there isn't alot of aftermarket support for it, if it's anything like the F22 in my accord, then it's built like a brick shithouse.
no, I mean it. those are great engines.
Even if, a shop can do timing belt/water pump on that car for under $400 and you're golden. Make sure the Trans fluid is new and you'll be good to go for awhile.
You wouldn't want to fuck with it anyways. There's plenty of power/torque for what it is. Just floss it and enjoy it for what it is. A nice ass, very reliable car.
ahh, ok, this is OT
i just saw two "jdm" motors on ebay, each with a buy it now for 500$
that's pretty damn cheap
is there anything else I should watch for
Gotcha, just know that if anyone is hating on an Acura of any year or make, you can assume they're ignorant.
My friend just blew one up...go figure
