Me and my friends weight-lift a lot, and lately we've been like, "The more you work out the better." I wasn't sure if he was right or wrong, and neither was he. So we work out just about everyday now. We eat before and after we lift, but we noticed that we were working out too much. We only workout 30 minutes a day, and they usually consist of light exercises. Are you guys getting addicted too? Is it bad? We've both been getting thinner!
