I am thinking about adding in some extra grip work to my current routine. During back day I think my grip gets tested pretty well, so I was thinking of maybe adding in another day after legs; I am currently using Pur's routine with a few extra things added in. My dead lift is stuck at 325 because it's all I can hold onto and I don't really want to add straps yet. What type of stuff can be added in at a regular gym? I was thinking of maybe holding dumbbells until my grip fails and maybe pinching together 3-4 10lb plates until my grip fails. What else can one do at a regular gym for grip?
