On that topic maybe somebody can offer me some suggestions. We have about a hundred domains, mebbe 50 of them are parked, but a lot of them are 301'ed to our main site hsh.com ). Some of them are pretty good names (bankrates.com, loanrates.com, bestrates.com, etc) so I am thinking of building some content pages for them with lots of links to hsh. Then maybe I can put some ads on the sites as well.

Since we are short handed here, I was also thinking of getting somebody here to design the sites for part of the profits and some cash up front. Does anybody here work that way?

You might wanna check out whypark.com until you can build your mini sites. It's $100 for 100 domains but it's a one time fee and you can use which ever domains you want as you buy and sell them.

Basically you are paying a one time hosting fee and to use their tools. It's a more advanced parking service but they have tools to add some basic content as well and you can decide/customize the ads on the pages. Best of all, you keep 100% of the revenue. Also since the pages are less like "normal" parking pages there is more chance for the domains to actually get indexed and start earning pagerank which isn't something that you can usually expect with parking.



Not sure how much you wanna spend on developing mini sites on them but http://aeiou.com/ does it for $250. It was started by Rick Latona who is a pretty well known domainer...he may also be willing to buy/sell your domains if you are looking to do that. He has a large readership of big buyers.
