I leave for basic training in a month or so so I'm trying to increase my pushup and sit up amounts, and decrease my running time. For the past couple of months I've been doing nothing but those three exersizes and I'm seeing quite a bit of improvement. But its getting really boring. Are there any other exersizes anyone would recommend that would help me in those areas? I'm not a member of a gym and the only extra thing i have to work with is free weights. Thanks.
