i've been eating basically this with limited exceptions 6.5 days a week (cheat meal & shitload of rum on weekends) for about a month and a half. i used to do chicken & more carbs instead for the months before that. i also get in about 4 miles of walking/jogging in daily. assuming i don't die from mercury poisoning, i'm just trying to go from 180 right now down to about 168 at 5'11. since i switched to fish i've been averaging 1 to 2 lbs weight loss a week. i guess what i'm asking is am i going to start losing muscle at this rate? and if i add in 400 or 500 more calories of mostly protein, should i start lifting to mainain/build what muscles i do have now? anyways, my only real goal here is to be lean, but not some super skinny fuck. any advice is greatly appreciated.
