I have to *not* lose 2lbs of my current weight for 3-4 months (gaining is fine, though), and I need advice. Should I just completely cut out cardio, or just shorten my times doing it? Currently jogging/eliptical machine for 30-40 minutes a day, along with lifting 4 days a week, for roughly an hour a day. Should I increase my lifting routine? I eat pretty healthY, but only three meals a day. Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and either ham or corn beef hash Lunch/Dinner - either baked fish or chicken, with 1 - 2 vegetables, sometimes pasta salad. I drink 1/2 - 1 gallon of water a day. I'm 6'3, 254lbs. 22% body fat, so yes, a beer belly. Any advice would be appreciated.
