**Update** Now Floyd Mayweather wants some action on July 11 as well. Nothing set in stone, but wtf if true. http://fiveouncesofpain.com/2009/03/19/floyd-mayweather-could-also-look-to-take-on-ufc-100/ http://mmamania.com/2009/03/18/affl...-third-mma-event-opposite-ufc-100-on-july-11/ I think this writer got it right. They can't possibly hope to make money on the same night as UFC 100...to schedule their third event as counter-programming really does seem more like a 'fuck you' than a sensible strategic scheduling decision. What can they possibly hope to gain by hosting their event the same night as what is expected to be the UFC's biggest event to date??
