i was doing incline flys last thursday and apparently i stretched too far down and out and had a bitch of a time getting the weight back up. well, after that my upper chest/shoulder are felt sore, but wasn't enough to sideline my workout. well, yesterday i did upper chest and there was still a nagging pain there. i looked at the area yesterday and in the light there are two tears in the area where it hurts that look like they could be stretch marks. the only problem is that it's hard to tell if it's something other than a stretch mark because i'm fucking covered in stretch marks. any ideas on what i should do? i don't think going to the doctor is really necessary, but should i try and ice it at night and see if that helps?
