Way to stick with it.
the cravings are the worst part by far. i usually end up eating a big meal 1nce a week of what ive really craved that week. usually ends up being outback or sushi (sushi is good for you but not in the quantity i eat at one sitting hehe)
edit: shits almost over tho, i only plan on losing 5-10 more lbs and since i surprized myself and have actually been gaining mass durring the cut, i wont have to cut down as far as i planned . cant wait to bulk again.
You gotta be kidding! You expect to see massive results in 3 weeks? Your body is probably just now getting used to the change. Is it that hard? What obstacle are you having trouble with?
the hunger pains suck but after awhile you get used to it, and when you throw in a cheat meal every two weeks it feels great just eating that meal. Just keep at it man!
Weight loss isn't linear keep it up. I've been about 500 calories below maintenance for three weeks and I'm just now starting to see anything.
I'm not hungry while cutting. Weird.

About an hour to an hour and a half after taking my EC I begin to feel very, very hungry.

the pounds of fat always melt off and the pounds of muscle always seem to stay and/or get bigger when i cut. dispite the fact that i eat hardly anything durring a cutting cycle, but what i do eat is almost pure protein. i dont like that no <1200cal a day rule, i eat 1200 or less every day for at least a month when i cut and body composition tests always show i either lose no muscle mass or even gain some. i guess it depends on your body type i have a considerably slow metabolism.
The anorectic effects don't last, unfortunately- you get used to it. But the metabolic benefits are still there.
i find that if you do it long enough, your cravings pretty much go away, the key is to indulge in VERY small portions every once in a while, so the cravings don't comeback 10 fold

cutting doesnt suck unless u puss out half way thru and dont reach yer goal, otherwise cutting gives me fast results so i like it.

Meh, I noticed results pretty quick but there is no sense cutting into the winter time really or really cutting in general. I was planning on a 6 month bulk this winter so it just turned into a 8 month bulk. Plus, I'm actually setting some goals this time so I have something to try and achieve besides just putting on weight. So, bring on the fatness and 230
