    weight = 160

    bench = 245
    deadlift = 315
    squat = 305

    I haven't progressed in d,s since I got off Christopher's Routine, but my bench has increased from 120 since I have started.

    I was progressing with those #s when I was on Christopher's routine. Now that I'm off and am on a bodybuilder's routine (one posted here) I haven't increase in strength but thats not my goal. The only increase is my bench from 205 to 245 after Christopher's.

    The difference between Christopher and my current routine is Christopher's made me huge (fat and muscle together) but with my current routine, I see definition.

    post some better pictures. lets see a front double bi, and a relaxed front picture. It is hard to guage your size from those pictures.

    I'm at about 6 1/2 months now. I think I might be able to squat 255 or 260 for one rep if I just go to parallel but I've been going all the way down. I can jump fairly high and I'm quick but I can't squat for shit.
