I just started working out again recently for the last 3 days. Day 1 and 2 I did 100 situps as part of my workout and on the morning of day 3 I found out that something felt wrong. The area right below my stomach almost on the waistline and above my crotch REALLY hurt. It hurt so had I walked hunched around all day. I tried to workout today with the situps after a day's break but I def. felt some pain still when I tried. What muscle am I hurting? Should I had still done the situps today and just ignored the pain?? So confused and no one seems to know. I asked my ex and she was like oh its supposed to be that bad, suck it up and go do it. What should I do?
