One of my major problems before i joined the gym, I had a very lazy back. I would tend to slouch alot and it didnt look good. Since joining the gym my posture is great now,but i still have a problem. My chiro took some xrays and it shows my spine is twisted and one of my shoulders is not in perfect level with the other. When i look in the mirror it is slightly noticalble,but since he pointed it out im noticing it more. My left shoulder sits a little higher than the right. Also he says my body weight is distributed 10 lbs from the one side of my body to another. With the price of the chiro that is way to much, i was wondering if there is a program i can utilize in the gym to "level" myself out a little more and straighten my spine more.
