8 foot walls all around. The base started as 18 inches of sand under 2 feet of binder rock covered in drainage fabric. Filler over that to the top of the blue styrofoam. Sump has yet to go off and the basement is dry. It’s draining straight down into the sand that goes another 20 feet underground. Clay is under the sand. We soil test every project


btw there are a lot of builders out there that don’t even settle out the original garage filler.
