Over the passed couple of years Ive noticed that I am tired alot. I could sleep for 12hrs and not feel refreshed. This last few weeks, Id come home from work and just crash. I am 26, do cardio 3 days a week and lift 2 days. I am in good shape, take protien, vitamins, creatine, and NO Xplode I heard more B12 is good, but I dont know.
