Now that I've read up on Superdrol, I think I'd like to try it. Now my question is to you guys-- do you think I'm a good candidate for it? (In other words, should I train more, get more LBM first, or just use it and go for it?) An aquaintence through my part time job is gonna help me train over the summer to teach me some new technqiues and ways to train to help me make some gains.

Here's some pics for reference. I'm about 185 now, roughly 14-15% I think, but that's an estimate from a baseline reading I had sometime ago.

To be honest, I don't think you're going to listen to us but no...you really shouldn't be considering anabolics at this time.

I think you're a good candidate for some nolvadex though.

You're not ready for Superdrol. You don't need Nolvadex either.

and for the assholes laughing at me, be happy you have good genetics. i've been working out for 3 years, and i used to be overweight. my dad and his side of the family are scrawny and my mom and her side of the family are overweight, so i've had no real base to work with from the get-go. i've been fighting against what i've been given as much as i can.

You've still got plenty of room for improvement through improved diet and training. I don't know where you started from, or what your diet or routine looks like, but if you've stuck to it solidly for three years that tells me two things... 1) You're dedicated; 2) Either your routine or diet or both are lacking. Dedication is usualy the hard part, but once you get your diet and routine in order you should see some good gains.

Who is this "aquantence" that is going to "help you make some gains"? Particularly qualified? Are they the ones who suggested Superdrol?

I'd go with what everyone is saying and reevaluation your training/diet. Gotta have a solid base first.

that's the thing ... as soon as i get on some sort of routine of training, i seem to plateau quickly, like within a couple of weeks.

Diet-- high protein. 1:1 protein/carb ratio throughout the day, 3:1 carb/protien ratio post workout. 180g protein per day, approximately, 150g on a bad day. i was a bit leaner at the end of last year, but i think a little time off during christmas screwed that up. maybe i've been playing catch up since then, i don't know. i'm using udo's choice oil blend 1-2x/day to supplement EFA's.

i think my training needs revamping.
