Over the past two months, i've only seen an increase in about 20 pounds in my barbell curl weight, 60-->80, 5X5. This doesn't seem like a lot to me as its only about 5 pounds every two weeks and im afraid I'm overtraining. My current workout consists of (showing back and biceps workout) Tuesday (back) Bent Overhand barbell row : 160 5X5 Machine assisted pullups: 5X5 (i can only do about 3 sets of 4-3 non assisted close to lockout) Seated Machine row 3X8 Bent over dumbell row 75 5X5 **I do deadlifts on leg day.** Wednesday Tri's and Bi's Barbell Curl 80 5X5 Hammer DB Curl 30 4X6 Incline DB Curls 30 4X6 Concentration Curls 25 3X8 CG Bench 155 5X5 Skulls 70 5X5 Overhead Extension 55 3X8 Tricep Pulldowns 3X8 I was thinking of switching on tuesdays to underhand grip which i felt really hit my bi's, and dropping incline DB curls and concnetration curls completley. Thoughts??
