Every year around this time I turn off all notifications from FedEx, UPS, UPS etc...I don't want to spoil Santa's surprise.

I don't think I'm signed up for those alerts anyways

I get some notifications but I order enough shit anyway that I won't know what's what

also don't really mind knowing it's coming

I don't - I don't trust people and as soon as I get a notification I go in and re-route the package (if possible) to a UPS or FedEx store for pickup

For USPS I edit and add delivery instructions if possible to drop off with my elderly neighbors (who are awesome)
