So like, biceps 3x a week? For an untrained person?
I do like... 1 day a week for each muscle group. Though I might throw in some sets from the other days if I'm not dead at the end of one of my other days and it's been enough days since I last did it.
It would only be 1-3 sets per muscle group each workout.
So you're saying instead of doing 3 sets of like 3 different exercises per muscle group (and doing that once per week), you're only doing like one exercise, maybe 1-3 sets, but three times per week?
I guess I'm confused 'cause I've never seen a beginner workout that has each muscle group 3x/week
