Can anyone reccomend me a good amino acid supplement in liquid form?

I've heard good things about Twin Labs, although the taste is really bad when I tried it over a buddy's house. Taste is not an issue though, I am just looking for quality.

That's what I've been doing for the past 4 years but I don't think that is enough BCAA's. :dunno:

so get some xtend, that's what everyone else here uses.. though I think if youy get enough protein and eat throughout the day, you're probably fine.

I use Purple Wraath from Controlled Labs and I like it a lot. It's grape flavored and isn't bad, but I read that they just revamped the flavor, so :dunno:

Just use a shaker bottle or something equivalent, cause a glass/spoon didn't cut it for me.

xtend or go to a place like trueprotein.com and make your own mix. They have just BCAA's, or you can add to them to make an xtend like mix.

Thanks, that's what I'm hoping. I just got a tub of it, so it will be a bit until I get more.

The one I have tastes good, just a little chemical taste. Also, it's has a fruit-like flavor, just not sure if I'd call it grape...
