I wasn't dealing with a car that wasn't well waxed. Previously my car had Poorboys EX-P (synthetic resin sealant) and Blackfire (synthetic polymer sealant). You can see Blackfire loves to bead. I just wanted to see #16. The Blackfire was still slick and after 3 weeks or so, was slicker then the freshly applied #16. Not really an issue since I'm not entering the car into a concours event. The #16 will be very very durable and provide the protection I want, and it gives a really crisp/reflective shine. Here's a few pictures I took before applying the #16. Notice darrr beads!!! But not after NXT wash and a stream of water. This is a good trick. A final rinse without a nozel will sheet much of the water off. Saves time. And my pakshak waffle weave that makes drying enjoyable.
