I haven't been able to go for the past 5 days due to a stomach flu coupled with a head cold... it's been awful and it still is. I take my vitamins but between work and going to school full time I don't have a whole lot of rest for recovery. That's besides the point. Should I go lighter on the weights than I normally do? Less cardio? more? (I bike/run at least 3 times a week). I'm sure there's no fast track to recovery, but I'd like to start exercising as soon as I can. It's one of the only things I look forward to lately.
