Dense question. I've been told by a few folks to try to get a copy of an old Talon and study up on some basic knowledge. However, the only website I could find that mentioned it said that it was OTS only issued. Am I missing something? Amazon doesn't have any entries for one. Can I get it from a base book store, or is it just not available?
