Need some motivation . Interested to see you others who have accomplished this with pics.
I went from 39% body fat to 17%, while staying at the same weight, not sure what my body fat is now, not checked it for a couple of months.

Not the best before pics as you tend to avoid cameras when you're a fatty...
I was about 280 before I started training.

Cutting out the wrong foods (sodas, fast food, etc) and living on the cardio machines isn't enough. I've done that and so have a lot of newbies so i just wanted to warn you jic. Anyway...find a plan, lift hard, and buy the right foods. A pic like this should be one of your goals/motivation right now...

I haven't taken any recent pics, but I'm @ 180lbs and less bodyfat now. I just started my cut so I'll post new shots in a few weeks.

Not posting pics but I went from 350 to 250 the last time I weighed, definitely less than that now.
