no, but come to think of it the biggest i ever was is when I drank a 30g shake throughout the workout (with water to hydrate), and a 50g post workout. Seriously. But Id rather not, its too filling. This is when I worked at Golds and stole about 2 proteins a day from the case, since my check was always a week or two late.
The only thing i'm drinking during a workout is water.
