I keep having problems with my neck, lower neck, middle of my traps, seems deeper than the trap muscles. I think its the way I sit at my desk or something. It feels like its getting tighter and tighter and then occasionally it "pulls" and i can't turn my neck for a few days without pain back there. I'm positive its not from working out. My desk setup at home is even worse, and it really starts irritating me there. Anyone else have this problem?
