Got an interview coming up shortly. I'm enlisted trying to go O. I just want an idea of what kind of questions I'll be asked.

i had to 'work' for ROTC for one semester before they gave me a contract/scholarship/stipend/book money. that was pretty much my interview right there.

I went through the OCS process. There's a set based of questions they can ask you. Check armyocs.org, they're posted on there somewhere.

when is your board? I'm civilian applying to OCS but they have not yet set a board for Sep, not in CA at least.

it all depends on who is asking you. But be prepared to be asked 'why' you want to be a leader.

Supposedly a ~47% selection rate for this board. Got the call on Friday, only took 3 years of applying!

Shit, i did miss that you were already enlisted. Your interview could vary from mine quite a bit, though i know an AD guy went in for his interview right after me, same interviewer.

they didn't ask much

they asked me:

"why do you want to be an officer?"
"why not rotc?"
"what branch do you want to pick?"
"what have you done before?"
"what kind of leadership experience do you have?"

thats about about the gist of it.
