I just started working out about 2 months ago, and i like to do my running 2-3 days a week outside. I do have a gym membership, but i really dont like running on the treadmill. I like running outside,but the season is changing here in the northeast. IS there any kind of precautions to take when jogging in tempertures in the 20s-30s? When your sweating that much, is it still still neccessary to bundle up like you would for normal outdoor activites?
