Yeah got tired of flying with 60 year old pilots and 80 year old FAs on the 787. Plus I can't bang Asian hookers since we stopped flying to Asia.

I couldn't remember if you went to the 787 or 777.
383 from HNL goes around like 1/3rd of the time I don't know what it is, they can never get stable. Leave em on the transition all the way in, go around. RNAV Z, go around. Visual with their speeds all the way in, goes around.

friend and past client is/was head pilot for Atlas and one of some small number of people who flew/flies the 747 dream lifter.
he was in my office when the video of that Atlas 747 crashing in the middle east was posted on OT. It was akward explaining to him what OT was,

Probably right, but if the doc asks you directly and you lie about it, then you fuck up at some point and the FAA investigates and finds out about it.... That probably wouldn't go well for you.

My family is in aviation. Stepdad was a pilot for Pan-Am 747's.
Stepbro is the lead training pilot for Delta.

I thought about getting my private. My research showed you can do an immersive. Rather than spacing out the program over a few weeks or months, there are schools that you can bootcamp for like a week plus and do all the certs.

Some people said, longer training was better. You have time to absorb it.
Some people said immersive was better cause you learn it all at once.

I usually prefer immersive. Might still get my license at some point.
