Going to start the day at 6am with a few miles of light running to celebrate the beginning of my training. I haven't really had to time to put together a training regiment but so far in a quick summary I've got- ...in no particular order. Of course they break down into smaller, more specific groups but since I need sleep I won't be listing those as well as specific skills and techniques. But right now it's about non-ball training. I will have a more indepth discussion tomorrow after class. As far as suppliements go, right now I'm using mulit vits, l-lysine, fish oil and when I remember on those crucial work out days, ZMA. I have some muscle milk over at friends that I'll be getting back this weekend too. Right now I have many weak points I need to focus on, I'll evaluate those tomorrow as well as setting my long and short term goals. So am I going in the right direction as of now? Time to buy new training shoes and cleats to keep me happy.
