I ran across a few articles (one online, one in a fitness magazine) regarding workout out at night vs. in the morning. Both stated that if you want to gain mass, you should workout in the morning and if you want to gain strength, you should workout at night. Apparently this is true for most people, but not all. I thought about it and it makes sense...at least for me. I work out mostly at night (6-8pm) and my strength has increased tremendously, but I'm still the same size (granted, I've lost a good amount of body fat, but my muscles aren't much bigger). What do you guys think? What is your own personal experience?
