I have a very hard time gaining weight. Im 6'3" and weigh only 170 lbs. I have been very dedicated to the gym and my progress has increased alot. Im happy with lifting, but im not happy im not gaining weight. I try to eat as much as i can, but the meal every 2 hours really cant work for me. Im just to busy to stop and eat every 2 hours. Many people at the gym tell me im doing good and getting bigger, which i can see, but im still to skinny. I have been serious about lifting for 1 year now i would say. I have tried muscle milk, cytogainer and the muscle milk really didnt work as geting size, but i felt more energy and strength from it. The ctyogainer made my stomach fat and that is all . Any suggestions besides eating as much as i can? Any other weight gainers i should try. Note. im trying to stay away from creatine.
