I like this stuff a lot... very lean snack to have if you need to get some protein in. One stick is: cals=80 fat - 1.5g (.5g saturated) protein - 14g carbs - 3g I like the teriyaki flavor... I'll usually have two sticks as a snack. 3g fat/28g protein/6g carbs... can't really go wrong. If I had to describe the taste, I'd say it's like a healthy-tasting slim jim.
