I've been hitting the gym up twice a week and on the weekends I just enjoy life and party with my wife. During the week my diet is solid and on point but now I'm thinking of just letting my weight do whatever it wants and enjoy some food. This is only because 6 other guys in my office want to do a 2 month weight loss challenge and if I can get my weight up to 230 I'll prolly be able to drop 30lbs in 2 months no problem. Just trying to get a gauge of when I should be getting my shit back on point to be ready for summer. Anyway else being a lazy bum and letting their BF get up there?
