Love it for some reason. Don't know why.
I love being sore.. don't get sore much anymore. Only when I change my entire routine..
werd nga. <3 used to not being able to walk from squats since i knew i just had a monster workout
quads/lower back/traps are the only things that get sore for me
i like feeling sore, but i hate feeling the joint pain every morning
i wake up feeling like i got beat up in my sleep
meh back is sore. Doesn't feel good. hope I didn't mess it up.

soreness != good workout
I still get sore after everyworkout, but its not as bad now. I love all soreness EXCEPT LEGS... I can do without that
I'm sore 24hrs a day and it sucks. but its necessary to squat 903 on 12/2

For the OP: I'm cutting right now and I feel like a train hit me the morning after every workout involving squats or deadlifts.
735(briefs/wraps) to 903(full gear) in ~3.5 months.....with your size, strength and dedication I think it's possible....
I like it when my back/chest are tight, but when my legs are sore - it sucks because I walk funny and stairs are just a burden.
I don't care if he went to a new metal triple-ply extra rebound double wrapped full-body suit with rectal prolapse inhibitor, 165lbs in 3-4mo is still 165lbs in 3-4 mo
Cooldown and stretch after working out = not sore = better.
i like it....but i rarely get sore anymore...since i stretch properly and am taking solid supps.
