i fucking dread that shit
favorite day would have to be chest or back
hell fucking no, i hate not being able to walk for a week.
that being said, i get tingly when i think about leg day.
quads/hams is the one workout I plan a full week ahead...I know I need it the most so I have trained myself to love what I used to hate
on a side note, I am wearing my Mizzou Performance shirt with your av on it lolz! We're buddies n' stuff!
on another side note, you live in KC, you should get with me sometime about a workout together
I love leg day
i actually love leg day, its the one day that i always feel the next and i feel like i actually got a good workout on
hate lunges, otherwise like leg day.
My favorite day is chest/tri...squats is fun because it's hard and you can feel it the next day but they fucking suck.

i was on leg day i fucking hate setting up for leg day. my animal pak rush was running out, and i was still hunting down 2.5 plates. i had 2 more to find... worried that i'd never get to use my animal power, i spied some bitch using MY plates for HER raises i stomped over,
I think if you look forward to leg day:
A) You do not train legs hard enough.
B) And you do train your legs hard enough, then you're just sick in the head.
I wouldn't mind leg day if I didn't have to do squats and lunges.
Those two things are what kill me. They are painful, make you tired, and take so much freaking energy out of you.
The other stuff (calves, extensions, curls, etc...) are gravy.
