the normal ones are okay to good, the pro's are legitimately good.Used my friends GMMK and didn’t like it. Felt cheap to me but the price is really good.

yup yupFunny other people do it with their SO. My wife and I did the lubing and filming of a bunch of switches over the course of a few nights after the kids were asleep. It was actually really nice doing something Ike that together. Just a. quiet relaxing task with some music on in the bg.
Nice, love my Boba's, have them in my 65 and they are great.Good fucking lord these Boba LT's are amazing
A very subdued thockiness to them. I was worried the 55g spring would be a little too much coming from the 42g of the Silent Red switches, but it's actually quite nice because the key travel is actually a little less. Getting used to how much louder they are than the Silent Reds, but pretty damn happy with them so far.
They came pre-lubed on both sides of the spring. I lubed up everything else which took forever, but very worth it in terms of typing feel and sound.
Do you have the LT's or the U4T's? How did the Tealios compare?Nice, love my Boba's, have them in my 65 and they are great.
Going to be picking up some Tealios soon, tried them on a friends board and really like them.
They have so many choices it’s kind of bewildering tbh.ducky shine ftw

I have U4T's, but I just got these Nixdork U4T's recently and been really liking them. Since I got this Alice style keyboard in the original post mil-maxed I'm gonna swap the switches out for them, using Silent Alpacas now.Do you have the LT's or the U4T's? How did the Tealios compare?
I can't change switches any more. Opening and lubing 82 fucking switches was literally a pain![]()
Never heard of that keyboard but do you have any other problems with it other then the need to reset it to get the RGB to come back?@monolith
I kind of want to upgrade/swap my Kono Kira but I don’t exactly know what’s going to be a noticeable improvement. It’s my first “high end” mechanical (yeah yeah PayPal etc etc.)
My annoyance with it is the occasional problems I have with the RGB controller glitching out and needing to re-plug the keyboard to reset it.
Not really, no. Accessing multiple layers for different keys is admittedly weird. I've read people having a hard time with programming/altering them so I've left that alone.Never heard of that keyboard but do you have any other problems with it other then the need to reset it to get the RGB to come back?
If you're generally happy with it I would just keep on using it. If there is something you'd change then that's a good place to start. Not really, no. Look into the different mods you can do. I use those stabilizers too, really like them.Ordered Durock V2 Stabilizers. All of my stabilized keys have some rattling, so need to address it. Unfortunately it looks like I have to disassemble the entire god damn keyboard to swap the stabilizers on the GMMK Pro![]()

Yeah I can only imagine how much money people drop on this hobby when they have that many keyboards. If you're generally happy with it I would just keep on using it. If there is something you'd change then that's a good place to start.
A lot of people start this hobby and just never stop, I have a friend who got into this a few months before me. I have two keyboards...he has 9.

I wish they made a full sized pro version.the normal ones are okay to good, the pro's are legitimately good.
The only things I really didn't like about my Ducky's was they weren't hot swappable and the plastic case. I did end up swapping it to an aluminum case which helped, but the switches I ordered weren't as smooth as I liked so I just moved it to one of the machines I don't use a lot. Of course now they have hot swappable keyboards.
