certain lifts will always make me rip one, and my farts smell so fucking bad right now with all the protein, I can't even stand them

I fart all the time, but it seems the gym is the one place where I usually never have to rip one. Odd.

I fart all the time...hardest part is to not shit yourself during a set of squats or good mornings. I don't mind farting or shitting myself around people though...I even fart on my coworkers, no big deal.
ive nearly sharted myself a few times during heavy deadlifts
a tight belt + lots of straining can be bad if you havn't cleared the pipes lately
yeah, droppin' off your cargo is necessary before any squats/deads
i fart all the time in the gym...fortunately, there's not people around often. Although, one time i crop dusted a dude without realizing it - until he dropped his B-O row and started gagging.
I get burps pretty bad too, especially if i've taken SP250 or WF
