How did you like it? Good size gains? I've been on the starr routine for over a year (did two cycles of a periodized one recently) and saw good strength gains, but can't say much for size. Recently I switched from parallel to ATG squats and used to much weight too fast I guess, my knees are busted and I can't squat like I used to. If I'm squatting in the 315+ range would knee wraps be a good investment (atleast temporarily)?
