i feel wrong not doing cardio. but hay, hooze complaining?

I do both, but weightlifting burns more cals after you done lifting were cardio only when doing cardio unless your doing HIIT trianing.
So if you lift heavy for a hour your born 400cals and then more cals during your rest and grow time.
but if you're dieting and all you do is lift for 1-1.5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, you're probably overtraining
so add in some moderate cardio
Ya not more then 3xs a week on lifting. I have read many places that you only want to train one muscle group a week.
