If you do, can you post it up!?
also, your thoughts on it? I'm thinking of changing routines.
It's a concept.. the workout 300 I think not many people can accomplish
search or google. its out there and easy to find
IIRC, it was a ridiculous amount of situps, pushups and pullups
oh i found it, hold up.
# 25 pull-ups
# 50 deadlifts with 135 lbs
# 50 push-ups
# 50 box jumps (24-inch box)
# 50 “floor wipers” (a core and shoulders exercise with 135 lbs)
# 50 “clean and press” with a kettlebell (36 lbs)
# 25 more pull-ups
and you do it in under 20 minutes.
LoL, that's not it, I remember a long time ago finding it and I think even at the gym all that was done at said that only a couple people could even do it.
I think gym jones is what you're looking for
Oh and good luck with the above workout in 20 minutes
That would hurt
oh, thats just the test they did.
hmm. it looks like it was just a huge mix of stuff
That is the '300 workout.' Go to menshealth.com and look for it, they have videos of all the movements and whatnots.
Then I must be thinking of another more manly 300 workout.
that isn't their workout.
i read the article and it basically said they did all sorts of shit, 'never having done the same thign twice'
the routine I posted was simply a TEST of endurance/strength for them.
because think about it, if all you did was that routine which is basically body weight exercizes, you'll never grow. I'm sure they got shredded doing that, but not before packing on bulk.
join a crossfit gym
Hamster is a Monster.
that 300 test that i posted is a very 'cardio intense' (in tents in ot speak)
i'd rather do that test twice a week than run a couple miles twice a week.
Their workout was extremely dynamic. I watched some videos of what they did and it was pretty insane. Sorry I have no idea where the videos were.
One thing i remember was bungie cord runs to a hook stuck in the ground.
Cool so you have six hours plus each day to devote to training?....
I bet you could break 20
the only hard parts were the floor wipers and box jumps
Didn't they all use P90X??
They went to Gym Jones
It's not a routine, it's a test. Meaning you're not supposed to perform it regularly.
This is the routine they performed at Gym Jones.
50 dead lifs in a row, is that a good idea?
