Tore it while bench pressing when some idiot walked into the bar while I was at full extension. I went to the ER and they diagnosed it as a chest wall contusion, then at a follow up visit with the orthopedic surgeon diagnosed it as a torn pec muscle. I opted not to have surgery seein I'm not a pro bb or a pro athlete. As of now, I'm having trouble doing push ups and very frustrated. Has anyone gone through this and can offer some advice?
