I do them with kettlebells and DB's from time to time. Brutal when done correct, would not suggest it if you have not had instruction

I think he was referring to using the BB like that guy did. Using DB or KB is a great exercise when done correctly.
the dude in that original video is using more weight than he can handle, and compromising safety. I have used a barbell before just to try it, shit is tricky
