And if so, results? I'm not interested in trying it, but was reading up on it for fun. 28 days of nothing but shakes (well, you get 4 healthy solid meals throughout that period). Plugged my numbers in, and they alloted me 1370 cals per non workout day and 1740 per workout day!! Maximum fat loss, Maximum muscle retention it claims. Seems pretty extreme, haha, and my 28 day supply of supplements woulda ran 560 some dollars!!!!!!! Again, i wouldn't do it, i think there are better plans out there. Anyone here ever tried it?
