What are your plans to keep the body going?
I eat lots of fucking pig on ramadan, and a ton of cow.
also i snort a ton of coke.
I must say that's really counterproductive!
not Ramadan, but I'm a Pastafarian so for the entire month of September I have to eat nothing but pasta products. Gonna be interesting trying to get protein in.
Better than not eating or drinking water from ~5am to ~8pm
that shit is so unhealthy.

my Ramadan is right before summer and involves lowering carbs
that does suck. It's worth it though. If we obey all the rules that the men in funny hats have given us, then we will be richly rewarded. it's just too bad it has to be in the next life.

There are a couple Muslim brolies that fast for it. Damnation usually takes the whole month off lifting I believe, then pigs out after sundown
pretty much, ya. 2 years ago, i lifted after sundown and ate for the rest of the night and last yera i didnt lift at all, just ate. i noticed no difference...just use the month as a break and focus on praying and all that stuff. your numbers, whatever, will be back in no time (after the month is over)
yeah i had friends who tried to keep going full speed during ramadan and ended up getting sick
just take it easy, the month is supposed to help you put things into perspective
i workout before i eat. sundown then whey shake + fuckton of water and gatorade. while working out down some BCAA's like its your job. lift fast and hard, get home and feast.
eat a ton of meat, limit carbs as much as possible
Yeah, brother. I'm usually pretty fast during ramadan. Especially if I have race gas in the bike.

Hakeem Olajuwon was pretty strict about Ramadan, iirc.
