i feel the hot water breaks up the proteinz even more than shaking alone so i dont get random grit taste
i shake up my ON fine, in cold wata. It comes out good
I use warm water and chocolate mint ON ... it tastes like the York peppermint patty coffee from my local Circle K.
Blender or blender bottle.
somestimes... i can drink it faster that way
I drink it hot
it's like hot chocolate but with 50g or protien!!
doesn't heat denature the proteins (though it's usually high heat but....)
Read the nutrition edu about that protein denaturation thing.
ON mixes fine in cold water, no grit
For some reason the last batch I bought is a bit grittier than usual. It's the first container I've bought since their label change.
new "high sand" formula
ice+shaker+cold water+protein=nom nom
well that makes sense because a hotter solution can become more saturated than a colder one can
I used cold Ozarka from the water cooler.
no ice cubes but hot water yes
Tried it after I read this post last night and I like it
I use blood from dead babies I find in abortion clinic dumpsters. Mixes much easier.
for new and old label ON Whey
water works for me, if you put cubes in with shaking, it gets colder.
